      Shows completed jobs that should be invoiced and their aging status. Click the Job Number to update the job's invoice information on the Job Invoices page.

    • Delivery ToDo List
      Shows the Block Type, Total Delivery Start Date for each PO. The To Ship Total is dark green to ship and the Shipped Total is red is when the Job Total is shipped.
    • Pickup ToDo List
      Shows the Blocks and Pickup date for each PO. These are for rental jobs.
    • Deliveries in Progress
      Shows blocks by ticket, which are loaded but not delivered and the ticket is unsigned.

      Show bocks by ticket, which are delivered and the ticket signed
    • Historical Reports
      Tickets by Carrier allows filtering by job, using a Customer, PO, From date and To date. This is useful for carrier billing and reconciling.
      Tickets allows filtering by job, using a Customer and PO. This show the tickets for a job and their successful email notifications.

      Update your profile shows your account information and allows you to add or edit your signature.

    • Customers

      Shows all the customers stored in the application. A job must have an existing customer.
      Delete
      Deletes the customer, if they have no jobs or tickets.
      Edit
      Editing the customer name will update all past jobs. Editing is active, will remove the customer from any active customer drop down lists.
      Add
      Adds a customer for a new job.
    • Owners

      Shows all the owner stored in the application. An owner is optional for a job. An owner is used for lien information and linking owners to customers and jobs.
      Delete
      Delete the owner if they have no jobs or tickets.
      Edit
      Editing the owner name will update all past jobs.
      Add
      Adds an owner for a new job.
    • Jobs

      Shows all the jobs stored in the application. A job requires an existing customer. An Owner is optional.
      Delete
      Deletes a job without any tickets.
      Edit
      Edits the job information.
      Add
      Adds a new job.
      • The job name should match the job name used in the prospective job folder name.
      • The PO Number must be unique per customer. Credit card POs start with PPCC.
      • Email addresses are separated with a semi-colon.
      • The delivery address must have the last line end with city, state, so the city can be parsed for the Delivery ToDo List.
      • The delivery start date is used to calculate the block production ToDo List.
      • The estimate number is from the original QuickBooks estimate.
      • Is Active should be set to false when all invoice activity is complete, otherwise it will not appear for payment updates.
    • Job Numbers

      Shows all the jobs and invoice information by year. This can be useful for reconciling with QuickBooks.
    • Job Blocks

      Shows all the block types for an active customer job.
      Update
      Increase or decrease the quantity of a block type to match the PO.
    • Job Estimator

      Allows the estimating of a job. (incomplete in design)
    • Job Carriers

      Shows the job carries in the system for an active customer job.
      Update
      Select the carriers which will ship the selected job. This is required for the delivery tickets.
    • Users

      This shows the users stored in the system.
      Delete
      Deletes a user from the application and all their associated data. Not recommended.
      Edit
      • Is Active should be set as false to remove the user from drop down lists, such as Time Cards.
      Add
      Adds a new user to the system.
      • Select the correct carrier name only when the role name is drivers. If the carrier does not exist, then add it first.
    • Carriers

      Shows the carries in the system for drivers.
      Delete
      Deletes a carrier from the application and all their associated data. Not recommended
      Edit
      Editing the carrier name will update all past jobs.
    • Block Types

      Shows all the block types available for Job Blocks and Tickets. Note: Inventory Id maps the block type to decrease the Id of the block type for tickets. (Need a primary and secondary mapping for rentals)
      Delete
      Deletes the block type without any tickets.
      Edit
      Edits the block type.
      Add
      Adds the block type.
    • Job Start Information

      Shows the customer jobs and their associated contract information, contacts and checklist.
      Insert
      Inserts contract or contact information.
      Update
      Updates selected job checklist tasks and their status.
    • Job Start Information Dashboard

      Shows all active jobs that have had tasks assigned and their status. This is an at a glance overview of the job start checklists and their complete status.
      Update
      Updates the complete status.
    • Job Invoices

      Shows the invoice and payment information for completed, ready to invoice jobs. Paid jobs do not show, so click Show paid jobs for all jobs. This information updates the Invoice Status on the Home page. Multiple Invoice can be added to a job. When all invoices added to a job have a payment date, then the job is considered paid. To keep a partial payment job from sorting to the end, add the next unpaid invoice, before entering the payment date for the previous invoice.
      Job Edit
      Edits the Ready to Invoice or Invoice Instruction. (Not usually needed, since both should be set with the job.)
      Job Detail link
      Click this link to view the Job Detail, Uninvoiced ticket numbers for copy / paste into the QuickBooks invoice and all the Ticket numbers.
      Add
      • Enter the invoice number. (required)
      • Enter the invoice date. (required)
      • Enter the invoice payment date usually with credit card payment. (optional)
      Edit
      • Enter the invoice payment date.
    • Job Summary

      Shows customer jobs with an optional from date and to date filter. The shows summary information for a job within a date range. This is useful to reconcile a billing for a time period, when a job is continuing for a long period of time.
    • Job Tickets

      Shows delivery tickets for a customer job with an optional from date, to date and invoice status filter. This is for reconciling delivery receipts.
      Is Invoiced
      Click the Is Invoiced check box to mark the ticket as invoiced and reconciled.
    • Vendors

      Shows the vendors store in the application, which provide leftover concrete. The vendors appear on the leftover concrete ticket drop down list.
      Delete
      Deletes the vendor without any leftover tickets.
      Edit
      • Editing the vendor name will update all past leftover tickets.
      • Email addresses are separated with a semi-colon.
      • Is Active should be set to false when the vendor is no longer suppling concrete, so their name is no longer on the leftover ticket drop down list.
      Add
      Adds the vendor.
    • Time Card Tasks

      Shows all the possible time card tasks which can be assigned to an employee.
    • Time Card User Tasks

      Shows the time card tasks available for each employee. At least one task is required for each employee's time card.
    • Time Card Summary

      Shows a summary table of all employee time cards with an optional employee filter. This is useful for comparing and reconciling payroll hours. Note: overtime hours are approximate.
    • Time Card Position

      Shows the geo location for clock in and clock out by each employee task. Note: The application must be allowed access to your physical location to receive this data.
    • Payroll Timesheet

      This shows all the calculated time cards for the selected pay period.
      Left Excel Icon (2007+)
      This opens or saves the payroll data in an Excel 2007+ spreadsheet with some formatting. This format was requested by Business Payroll Service. (recommneded)
      Right Excel Icon (2003)
      This opens or saves the payroll data in an Excel 2003 spreadsheet with no formatting. This format was requested by Business Payroll Service.
    • Notification

      Shows which user receive which automatic email notifications. Note: Currently read-only. Edit status pending.

    • Block Production Statistics

      Shows block production by week, calculating hours per block. This is useful to see if the yard is over staffed.
    • Block Production Analysis

      Shows block production by week, calculating hours per block and cost per block. This is useful to evaluate production cost problems or sales pricing.

    • Email Log

      This shows a log of emails sent by the system. This is used to track notifications and troubleshoot missing notifications.
      Delete
      Delete the email log entry, to remove its history. It will now appear when clicking Get missing email address in the Ticket for that ticket. It will not appear in the To Addresses in the Tickets report for that ticket.
    • Exception Log

      Shows errors the application encountered. This is useful for troubleshooting and monitoring application or user problems.
      Delete
      Deletes the exception.
